About the Surgeon
Dr. Kelley is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery as well as the American Board of Surgery. She specializes in cosmetic surgery for the full body, breast reconstruction, and skin lesions/wound care. She actively participates in clinical research trials relative to breast augmentation and breast reconstruction surgeries. She has made presentations regarding breast reconstruction techniques and has lectured about medical skincare.
